It is just as light as usual - even though it has a brand new chip with a host of new features and lasts even longer. The new dual-frequency GPS chip shows your exact location even in large cities or in the mountains, i.e. even in places where the satellite signal is often more difficult to receive. The navigation features have been significantly expanded: For example, you can now set up checkpoints that show you important waypoints such as water points - with distance information. A deviation alarm with directional information helps you not to stray from the route on less familiar routes.
Whether for resting phase tracking, the SpO2 value or the intensity of your training - the next-generation heart rate sensor provides you with the most accurate measurements on your wrist.
Whether for everyday life, adventures or workout routines: the Pace 3 is your reliable partner - for 24 days in normal daily use. In full GPS mode, the battery lasts for 38 hours. When the battery is low, you can get another 60 hours in UltraMax mode.
Together with the nylon strap, the Coros Pace 3 is a flyweight of just 30 grams. This is by far the lightest GPS watch on the market. No matter what you do, such a low weight is unnoticeable, even during a tough workout. Despite this ultra-light weight, its stylish casing boasts new features that greatly enhance the functionality of its predecessor. Incidentally, it is only 11.7 mm thick.
The watch is designed to withstand the elements. With a working temperature of -20 to +60 degrees, it won't let you down in the ice or in the desert! And if you want to go diving, that's no problem either - this watch can withstand depths of up to 50 metres.
If you train at night or at dawn, the timer-controlled night mode switches on the display backlight. This is bright enough to allow you to read all the important information. However, the dimmed colour temperature is easy on your eyes and the battery at the same time. At sunrise, the Pace 3 switches back to normal mode.
The nylon wristbands allow even more weight savings compared to the conventional silicone strap and are the more breathable material. This means that they are particularly comfortable to wear and also ensure that the heart rate measurement works very accurately, even if you work up a good sweat during your workout! Silicone wristbands are still available as an option.
