The i99 windsurf boom EVO is our all-round boom made of monocoque aluminium. From entry level to progressive freeriding and bump & jumping Stable quick release front, compatible with RDM and SDM masts with a narrow diameter handle suitable for riders with smaller hands. Double pin locking system provides a very stiff and tight connection between the boom body and the tail end, even when fully extended.

DOUBLE PIN LOCK
The double pin locking system guarantees a wide distribution load and a rigid connection between the boom and the tail, even when extended to the maximum.
RDM SHIM
The integrated adapter for RDM masts ensures a tight fit with both RDM and SDM masts.
THE BOOM HEAD
Designed for maximum grip and tight lock on the mast with a high friction contact surface. The boom stays in place even during hard landings and provides stability thanks to the robust front piece, it is easy to tension when you put the boom in the right position.
BOOM OUTLINE
The shapes and width of the boom provide a balance between power and control. The shapes of the shorter booms are designed to be closer to the rig to provide control for certain bump & jump sails. The wider shapes of the 180 Booms are better suited to freeride sails for speed control and maximum airflow efficiency. A wider tail generates more power, while a narrower tail offers high control. This position varies with the wind strength and the individual windsurfing disciplines. For this reason, each boom size is individually designed and developed.
