The Xcel Axis is also made from 100% UltraStretch neoprene. The water-repellent, lightweight and quick-drying Quick Dry inner lamination is used on the front and back torso. The bonded and internally sealed blind stitch seams with Thermo Dry seam tape keep the Axis waterproof.
